Publisher: Dark Horse Comics
Length: One shot

Hellboy voyages to Portugal to save a starving artist who may have come under the malign influence of an eons old Middle Eastern god.

Mignola loves his old legends and demons from all lands and cultures. Which is damn lucky for the rest of us. In Hellboy: In the Chapel of Moloch he once again delivers a tale chock full of supernatural goodness as Hellboy pits the Right Hand of Doom against an old God-Monster from the Middle East. ITCOM hits all the right notes and all the consistent hight watermarks that one would expect from Mignola and his seminal creation. It just felt a bit stale. The creep-factor was solid but not up to par with 'The Crooked Man' story arc. That said, a HB story that's a bit stale is still worth two dozen of the current capes and spandex titles out there. Definitely worth a read to the hard-core and casual fan alike.
